1. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN MODALITIES

1.1 If the product(s) purchased on the site is (are) not suitable for the user, the user has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the day of delivery to cancel the purchase without penalty and without giving reasons, in accordance with the code of economic law. Within this period, the user must notify the seller of his intention to make use of his right of withdrawal, as follows: - Send an email to info@levestiaire-store.com - Notify name and surname of the buyer - Provide a detailed description of the item(s) submitted

1.2 The return to the seller shall be made to the following address, unless otherwise instructed by the user, by any means of transport of the user's choice, who must keep proof of shipment: Le Vestiaire Concept Store - Rue Blockmans 8, 1150 Brussels.

1.3 All costs and risks related to the shipment of the return of the items shall be borne by the user.

1.4 If the user makes use of his right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period and returns the products no later than fourteen (14) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon in the preceding paragraphs, the seller undertakes to reimburse the purchase price to the user, insofar as it has already been paid, no later than upon receipt of the product(s) by the seller.

1.5 In the event of a refund of the returned products, the seller will credit the credit card used to pay for the said products with an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the said products, less the amount of the purchase voucher(s) or discount(s) that was (were) applied at the time of the order. The user will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed with the bank that issued the card.

1.6 The user may not make use of his right of withdrawal and/or exchange if the product(s) delivered has (have) clearly been used for a long time, has (have) been damaged, has (have) missing parts, clothing whose label(s) has (have) been removed.

1.7 The product(s) must imperatively be returned properly protected, in its (their) original packaging, in a perfect state of resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer) accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use, label(s) of the garment(s), etc. to the address below. Failing this, they cannot be taken back or exchanged.

1.8 Can also not be taken back or exchanged: the product(s) for which no information is provided to identify the sender (return number, order number, surname, first name, address); the product(s) made to measure; The product(s) sealed for health reasons. The product(s) returned but which cannot be accepted in return by the seller are held at the disposal of the user at the seller's premises. The user remains liable to pay the price. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, the seller reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
